I am creating this web site as a way to expound upon the virtues of this property.
This has been my primary residence for 27 years. This property, first the cabin/studio, then the house, then the shop, it has been a work in progress.
I built all of this over a number of years. It was all forest when I got here. I cut the trees, cleared the land, designed the structures, got the permits, poured the concrete, framed, sheathed, shingled, layed the floor, built the cabinets, I have an intimate relationship with every nail and piece of wood in these buildings, and I say this because care and attention is one of the qualities that makes this property special.
It is all located just minutes from downtown Port Townsend, it has city water, good neighbors, and is very quiet.
